This cake starts with a soft, moist banana cake base, it’s layered with luscious Valrhona chocolate cream, sweet banana spread, crunchy chocolate bites, and a hint of banana panna cotta for a burst of flavor. To top it all off, we’ve crowned it with a silky smooth Valrhona dark chocolate mousse.
